Returns & Delivery

We want to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with the product/s we supply. Providing you have complied with the care instructions issued with every product we will do everything in our power to resolve all issues. 


Wood is a ‘living’ product and is adversely affected by heat, water and sunlight. Keeping these conditions under control will ensure the longevity of your purchase. 

Any commissioned piece made to your specifications cannot be returned unless damaged in transit or as a result of manufacturing fault.


Every product carries a minimum guarantee of 6 months against faulty workmanship or material failure. In all cases, Fishwick Woodcrafts offer a lifetime guarantee against faulty workmanship. However, the lifetime in operation is mine, not yours or the products. I cannot do anything to resolve issues ‘from the grave’ but will usually address any complaint or issue, if possible.


If a product becomes unsuitable, for any reason you may return it, at your expense. Depending upon the reason for said return, and the resaleable condition of the item a deduction from the purchase price may be made at our discretion.


We aim to ensure every customer is happy with the products and services we supply, and we will do our utmost to resolve any problem.
